HOW LONG DOES SHIPPING TAKE?

This can vary depending on where you live  in the world.

 

Processing can take up to 14 business days as I do have a full time job and do this on the side and high demand. Orders are processed ASAP and as fast as possible. I promise I won't forget any orders. 

 

Standard shipping should arrive within 4-7 days after processing. Please allow up to 12 weeks for countries outside the USA. It typically never takes this long but there are some exceptions and customs policies, especially with COVID still affecting everything.

 

Every item will have a tracking number and you will receive an email with it as soon as the label is printed so please keep your eyes out for it. The items inside are valuable so you don't want to leave them outside for long!

 

Please make sure the delivery address is correct before paying for things. Once it's shipped I will be unable to recover them and change anything. We are not responsible for postal delays or loss of package because of misinformation.

 

WHAT IF MY PACKAGE IS LOST OR DAMAGED?

 

Although, each order is packaged with love and care. We understand that unfortunate events can occur in transit. Once a package is dropped off at the post office, we are no longer responsible for your package. If your package does arrive damaged or is lost, you will have to file a claim through the postal service. I always package your crystals with extra care and put fragile stickers on each packages, but I cannot control the way that the postal office will handle your package.

 

For all orders please contact a consultant from the delivery service (UPS or USPS) for assistance in filing claims or locating packages and wait 4-7 days for their response.

 

If an item were to arrived broken/missing, please send photos of the invoice, package it arrived in, photos of the broken/missing items and emailed it to crystalmoonsales@hotmail.com within 24 hours after the delivery. Anything beyond the 24 hours marked after delivery confirmation will not be accepted. 

 

REFUNDS AND EXCHANGES

Crystals are natural so they may tend to have small crack, inclusions, or be chipped. Discounts will already be subtracted from the price when posted. The product information will specify this as well so everyone will be aware. Sales are final on these pieces.

 

If any pieces come in damaged please reach out within 24 hours after receiving the item so that I might help with refunding or replacing your piece. After 24 hours, I will assume everything came in perfect condition and no refunds or exchanges will be accepted.

I NEED TO CANCEL MY ORDER

I'm sorry for the inconvenience, once an order is placed we can not cancel or adjust. You are able to order more and stack them all together if you want to save on packages and packing materials. Send an email to crystalmoonsales@hotmail.com if that's something you are looking for.
